RETURN + REFUND POLICY

At Skinpotion, every product is created with intention, care, and a deep appreciation for the ingredients that make each ritual special.

Our formulas are handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients sourced from around the world , from nourishing plant oils and rich butters to botanical extracts and other skin-loving ingredients chosen for their quality and purpose. Because each product is prepared with such care and is intended for personal use, all sales are considered final unless otherwise outlined below.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, our small-batch creation process, and the hygiene considerations associated with personal body care, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.


We kindly encourage you to take a moment to review your cart, scent selections, product descriptions, ingredient lists, and shipping information before completing your purchase. Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. 

For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every Skinpotion order is carefully prepared and packed by hand, and we want your experience to feel just as thoughtful when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error, please contact Skinpotion Support and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the affected product
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging
  • A photograph of the packing slip, when applicable.

Once received, our team will carefully review the information provided and determine the best resolution. We value your time and appreciate your patience.

Depending on the circumstances, an approved resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally reserved for verified product concerns, fulfillment errors, or other circumstances approved by Skinpotion.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal fragrance preference, incorrect selections made during checkout, or other circumstances unrelated to a verified issue with the order.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund. These processing times are determined by the financial institution and are outside of Skinpotion’s control.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless a refund is being issued because of an error made by Skinpotion or where otherwise required by applicable law.

THE BEAUTY OF HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Part of what makes Skinpotion special is the natural character of the ingredients we use.

Because our formulations are made with ingredients sourced from different regions around the world, including cold-pressed oils, plant butters, botanical extracts, and naturally derived materials, subtle variations may occur from one batch to another.

Depending on climate, you may notice slight differences in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Consistency
  • Aroma
  • Oil distribution
  • Softness or firmness

These variations are a natural part of working with minimally processed, handcrafted ingredients and do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

Temperature changes during transit or storage may also temporarily affect the appearance or texture of certain natural formulations.

We ask that you store your all natural products in a cool and dark place for the best experience.

SKIN SENSITIVITIES

We formulate every Skinpotion product with care, but every person’s skin is beautifully unique.

We encourage you to review the full ingredient list before use and to perform a patch test when introducing a new product into your ritual.

Even naturally derived ingredients may not be suitable for every individual skin type or sensitivity. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

Individual sensitivities, allergies, or personal reactions to an ingredient do not automatically qualify an order for a return or refund.

PROMOTIONAL + FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products purchased during promotional events, limited releases, collaborations, special collections, or items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, an incorrect product was fulfilled by Skinpotion, or otherwise required by applicable law.
